About Intentionally BLCK!

Intentionally BLCK was born out of a shared from the Co-Founder's first collaborated project, This is Us, a Black History Month event in 2022. What started as a passion project to celebrate Black culture, entrepreneurship, and community soon grew into something much larger. This is Us has become a staple in Houston’s ecosystem, demonstrating the power of creating spaces where Black professionals can authentically connect and thrive.

From this realization, the Co-Founder's knew the need for a permanent platform that fosters these connections year-round. Intentionally BLCK is more than just a social club—it’s a community dedicated to redefining young professionals of colors experience in Houston. By creating spaces where entrepreneurs and professionals can be unapologetically themselves, we celebrate culture, empower individuals, and foster a network where authenticity flourishes, free from the need to code-switch or downplay identity
