LIFT stands for "Let's Innovate the Future Together!"

We believe that the challenges facing communities are too complex for any one group or organizations to tackle. Rather, the best way to enact enduring social innovation is through partnerships involving communities, businesses, and nonprofit to come together to identify and solve complex challenges.

We believe that all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals are worthy and the best path to sustainable social change. Even so, we are primarily focused on 4 SDG's:

1. Education (SDG 3): we are teach individuals and leaders to convene and facilitate creative problem solving sessions that bring communities, businesses and nonprofits together to solve complex challenges. This allows them to discover and solve challenges on their own.
2. Health & Wellbeing (SDG 4): we prioritize community challenges focused on individual health and wellbeing in vulnerable communities. We believe this is the starting place for healthy community development.
3. Empowering Women & Girls (SDG 5): we support organizations that actively help women and girls thrive. We believe that Girl Power makes the world a better place.
4. Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8): Creating self-sustaining communities requires that they be self-sufficient in a way that keeps community capital primarily within the community.
